Punk Flyers Become Streetwear

Album covers and gig flyers turn into wearable graphics. Japanese retailer UNDER R unveils an archive-based apparel capsule with San Francisco band Dead Kennedys. The collaboration carries the band's visual record over into present-day streetwear silhouettes. Shirts, jackets, caps, and socks make up the result.
The graphic source material is not limited to iconic album art alone. Rare live flyer imagery and collaged zine graphics are also used throughout the pieces, bringing three distinct archival formats—album covers, gig flyers, and zines—together in one capsule. It is a composition where past visual material moves onto the surface of contemporary apparel.
The neck label carries both the Dead Kennedys emblem and UNDER R's Old English branding together. The collaboration's identity is not confined to the graphics on the product surface but extends to the label as well. The collection launches August 22 at UNDER R stores and online.

96 Motifs Expand Into a Family Capsule

WIND AND SEA marks the 30th anniversary of the game PaRappa the Rapper's debut by bringing apparel and lifestyle goods together in one release. Built on new artwork by Rodney A. Greenblat, character illustrations, pencil-line drawings, and rhinestone embellishments are applied to T-shirts and zip-up hoodies. It carries the visual language from the character's 1996 debut into a present-day capsule collection.
The product range is not limited to adult wear. Kids sizes are included so families can dress alike, and the lineup extends into everyday items including knit caps, belts, necklaces, keyholders, phone grips, magnets, multi-trays, and woven blankets. The 96 motifs referencing the game's 1996 debut and rhinestone T-shirts form the core of the graphics.
A pop-up runs through September 1 at PARCO in Shinsaibashi, Osaka, Japan, with the global collection launching August 22. Extending beyond a T-shirt-centered collaboration, the characters and patterns reach across multiple touchpoints, a composition that considers both individual wear and family-level purchasing.

A Moodboard That Ties Archive References Into a Capsule Direction
RealSnap's moodboard is a feature that lets brand marketers and lookbook designers gather scattered archive images and graphic references onto one canvas to set a capsule's visual direction. It cuts down on organizing material separately in early season planning and then moving it into a brief again, letting the same board carry through to the next image draft.
It is useful when disparate archival material needs to be tied into a single collection language. It can shorten the repeated back-and-forth of exchanging and revising between reference exploration, internal sharing, and draft direction alignment, making it especially suited to early-stage planning for small teams.
